Steinackerstrasse, Kloten

We acted as the complete contractor for a new cutting-edge office building in Kloten. This office extension provides approx. 902 m² of extra space across an open-plan ground floor and two further storeys. It was built on top of pillars to maintain the existing lines of the windows, also providing additional covered parking underneath the building. We used our modular timber system for the office storeys and solid construction for the stairwell and ground floor. The cost-efficiency and swift completion time afforded by the modular system were the key factors behind this choice.
